The things that we do, the things that we hide, they tend to bind our hearts, making us feel like we must find a way out of this prison we have put ourselves in.
This feeling of shame, the feeling of guilt, this feeling that makes one to blame, this feeling, it has a name and it is hate.
slowly but surely this feeling of pain cripes in and dominates our being leaving us weak,

I need this to sink in, this pain only has bain when you let it stay, this is no play its your life and their are always consequence for actions be it good or bad,
So now you know what you have let rule you all this time why don't you embrace a new reality, consciously letting go of every burden you have let occupy your peace of mind, free your mind, then fill your mind with his thoughts, Philippians 4:8
Let our thoughts move with the rhythm his mind plays, let us dance to the rhythm of freedom with the Holy spirit as our dance partner one who never misses a beat and keeps your heartbeat on cue, so you, don't, loose you.
Let love wash hate away, so you find a way to stay free.
